Pilot program

We're looking for 10 teams who do sourcing for real.

SnapSource plugs supplier search into world-reference company data, verified before it reaches your results. Before opening access to everyone, we want to pressure-test the tool with 10 companies that do sourcing every day. Full access, free for the whole pilot, in exchange for your honest feedback.

Spots are limited — every request is reviewed, not first come, first served.

The deal

Simple, and stated upfront.

What you get

  • Full access to SnapSource for the whole pilot, no credit card
  • A direct line to both founders
  • Real influence on the roadmap: your feedback drives what we build
  • Preferential terms reserved for pilot teams afterwards

What we expect

  • Use the tool on real procurement projects, not as a spectator
  • 30 minutes of feedback per month, on a call
  • Honesty: what works, what's missing, what's annoying

How it works

  • You request a trial through the form below, 2 minutes
  • We talk for 20 minutes to check the tool fits your context
  • You get your access within 48h and your team gets on board

Frequently asked

Before you request a trial.

Is it really free?

Yes. No payment, no credit card for the whole pilot phase. At the end, you freely decide whether to continue, with terms reserved for pilot teams.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. Each organisation is isolated, data is hosted in the European Union and never trains any AI model. If you stop, it remains exportable and can be deleted on request.

How long do we commit for?

No commitment. You can leave the pilot at any time. We just ask that you tell us rather than disappear: a pilot that stops is feedback too.

Who is behind SnapSource?

Snap Solution Sàrl, a Swiss company. SnapSource is built by its two founders, one of them a former supply chain professional, in direct contact with pilot teams.
